How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.

We know how important it is for your gift to arrive on time, so we’ll always get it prepared and on its way as quickly as possible.

What delivery options do you offer in the UK?

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:

  • FREE Tracked Royal Mail 48 on every order
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked for faster delivery

You can choose your preferred delivery option at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your Royal Mail tracking details, so you can easily follow your gift’s journey right through to delivery.

Will my order include a receipt?

No, we never include receipts or pricing inside our gift boxes, so you can send your gift straight to the recipient without the price being revealed.

Can I ship my order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll send their gift straight to their door.

You can also add your own personalised message, which we’ll include with the gift for that extra special touch.

How do your gift boxes come presented?

Every gift box is beautifully arranged by hand, with tissue paper, gift filling and a sprinkle of heart confetti to make opening it feel extra special.

Each box is finished with ribbon, a “Just for You” label and a “With Love” gift tag, arriving beautifully presented and ready for the recipient to unwrap.
