PROCESSING TIME

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day, excluding weekends, public holidays, and postal transit times.

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following Royal Mail tracked services at checkout:

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked – Typically delivered within 1–3 working days.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Upgrade Available) – Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day (Monday to Saturday).

Both services are fully tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
While most parcels arrive promptly, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
If your order has not arrived after this time, we kindly ask you to check with your local Royal Mail sorting office.

PLEASE NOTE

The dates given for delivery are only a guide set by Royal Mail or the courier, and are not a guarantee. Royal Mail has been experiencing problems in certain areas, therefore please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive. If you need your order to arrive quickly, please choose the postal upgrade option at checkout.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Should you realize that the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided to us. As a seller, we cannot be held liable for any expenses incurred due to lost or returned packages resulting from an incorrect address. In the event that the address provided is invalid and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for reshipment to a new address.
