After this timeframe, we begin preparing your order for dispatch and may not be able to accommodate changes.

If you notice an error, please email us immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalised or perishable items (such as food and bath products), as outlined in UK Consumer Law.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
