Your personalised message will be printed on the chosen card from the drop down menu or handwritten upon request. If you prefer to write the card yourself, please leave the personalisation box blank with a dot (.) and we’ll include a blank card, ready for your own personal touch.

Gift Box Presentation

Each of our gift boxes is meticulously arranged with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti.

Our gift boxes are securely sealed on the outside with a ribbon, ready to be opened by the recipient, making them a true delight to unwrap. Each box also features a "Just for You" label on the front for a personal touch, along with a "With Love" gift tag added to the outside.

Processing Times

Processing Times: We aim to prepare and ship orders within 1 working day (Mon-Fri).

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 Tracked as standard, with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Monday to Saturday).

We also offer FREE shipping on all UK orders over £30.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our gift boxes and the inclusion of food and bath products, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
