Welcome to Kay Blume Gifts!

I'm Kay, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you. My journey began when I used to work in the fast-paced world of corporate banking, but after many years, I realised it just wasn’t fulfilling my heart anymore. I’ve always loved being creative and making gifts for people, seeing their faces light up with joy. That’s when I decided to take a big leap and start something new—Kay Blume Gifts.

Leaving my corporate job wasn’t easy; sometimes it's very easy to get comfortable in our day-to-day routines and hold ourselves back from stepping out of our comfort zone to follow our dreams. But for me, it was the best decision I have ever made. It has brought so much happiness and fulfilment to my life. Now, I get to spend my days doing what I love, creating special gifts that help make your moments even more special and memorable.

Today, I’m a proud mum of two beautiful boys and happily married, doing what I love most—all thanks to you, my wonderful buyers and supporters. Your support means the world to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days to ensure your gifts arrive as quickly as possible.

What delivery options do you offer?

We use Royal Mail 24 and 48 hour delivery services. You'll have the option to choose the delivery speed that best suits your needs at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking details for every order. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number which you can use to monitor your gift's journey.

Will my order include a receipt?

We do not include receipts in our packages, making it easy to send gifts directly to the recipient without worrying about revealing the price.

Can I ship my order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient's address at checkout, and we’ll make sure your gift gets to them directly. Plus, you can add a personalized message for that special touch.

Where will my personalized message be printed?

Your personalized message will be printed on the chosen card from the drop-down menu or handwritten upon request and placed inside the gift box. If you prefer to write the card yourself, please leave the personalization box blank with a dot (.) and we’ll include a blank card and envelope for you, ready for your own personal touch.

Note: Please ensure you check your personalized message, as it will be presented exactly as per the notes left.

How do your gift boxes come presented?

Each of our gift boxes is meticulously arranged with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti.

Our gift boxes are securely sealed on the outside with a ribbon, ready to be opened by the recipient, making them a true delight to unwrap. Each box also features a "Just for You" label on the front for a personal touch, along with a "With Love" gift tag added to the outside.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Yes, you can! Simply add the items you want to your cart, and we'll take care of the rest. Each item will be individually wrapped with care, whether they're going to one address or multiple.
