How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) to ensure your gifts arrive as quickly as possible.

We understand how important it is for your gifts to arrive on time!

What delivery options do you offer in the UK?

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery

You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery option at checkout.

How long does UK shipping take?

Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Usually delivers within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day

Please note: We only pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking details for every order. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number which you can use to monitor your gift's journey.

Will my order include a receipt?

We do not include receipts in our packages, making it easy to send gifts directly to the recipient without worrying about revealing the price.

Can I ship my order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient's address at checkout, and we’ll make sure your gift gets to them directly. Plus, you can add a personalized message for that special touch.

Where will my personalised message be printed?

Your personalised message will be printed on the chosen card from the drop-down menu or handwritten upon request and placed inside the gift box. If you prefer to write the card yourself, please leave the
personalisation box blank with a dot (.) and we’ll include a blank card and envelope for you, ready for your own personal touch.

Note: Please ensure you check your personalised message, as it will be presented exactly as per the notes left.

How do your gift boxes come presented?

Each of our gift boxes is meticulously arranged with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti.

Our gift boxes are securely sealed on the outside with a ribbon, ready to be opened by the recipient, making them a true delight to unwrap. Each box also features a "Just for You" label on the front for a personal touch, along with a "With Love" gift tag added to the outside.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to amend it.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes. In this case, we’ll need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us by Royal Mail before we can resend it. A new postage fee will apply to ship the order to the correct address.

Orders are always sent to the exact address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before placing your order, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect address information.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Yes, you can—if all the items are being sent to the same address, simply add them to your cart and we'll take care of the rest. Each box will be individually wrapped with care.

However, if each gift box is intended for a different recipient and needs to be delivered to separate addresses, please place each order separately, making sure to enter the correct delivery address at checkout for each one.
