Kay Blume Gifts began with a simple idea—creating gifts that felt truly special, more meaningful than a bouquet of flowers, and far more thoughtful than the usual gift box filled with forgettable items.

Prior to starting Kay Blume Gifts, I worked in the corporate world of banking, but after many years, I realised it just wasn’t fulfilling my heart anymore. Deep down, I had always been drawn to creativity and thoughtful gifting. I wanted to offer something different—something that made people feel truly seen, appreciated, and loved. That passion led me to take a leap of faith, leaving behind the corporate world to build something that truly mattered.

Family has always been at the heart of everything I do. As a proud mum of two wonderful boys and happily married, I know how important it is to make life’s moments feel extra special. That same love and care go into every gift we create because, for us, each order is more than just a package—it’s a way to share joy, kindness, and heartfelt moments.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days to ensure your gifts arrive as quickly as possible.

We understand how important it is for your gifts to arrive on time!

What delivery options do you offer?

We use Royal Mail 24 and 48 hour delivery services. You'll have the option to choose the delivery speed that best suits your needs at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking details for every order. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number which you can use to monitor your gift's journey.

Will my order include a receipt?

We do not include receipts in our packages, making it easy to send gifts directly to the recipient without worrying about revealing the price.

Can I ship my order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient's address at checkout, and we’ll make sure your gift gets to them directly. Plus, you can add a personalized message for that special touch.

Where will my personalized message be printed?

Your personalized message will be printed on the chosen card from the drop-down menu or handwritten upon request and placed inside the gift box. If you prefer to write the card yourself, please leave the personalization box blank with a dot (.) and we’ll include a blank card and envelope for you, ready for your own personal touch.

Note: Please ensure you check your personalized message, as it will be presented exactly as per the notes left.

How do your gift boxes come presented?

Each of our gift boxes is meticulously arranged with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti.

Our gift boxes are securely sealed on the outside with a ribbon, ready to be opened by the recipient, making them a true delight to unwrap. Each box also features a "Just for You" label on the front for a personal touch, along with a "With Love" gift tag added to the outside.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Yes, you can! Simply add the items you want to your cart, and we'll take care of the rest. Each item will be individually wrapped with care, whether they're going to one address or multiple.
