Each of our gift boxes is meticulously arranged with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti.
Our gift boxes are securely sealed on the outside with a ribbon, ready to be opened by the recipient, making them a true delight to unwrap. Each box also features a "Just for You" label on the front for a personal touch, along with a "With Love" gift tag added to the outside.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Times

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a 2 to 3 working day delivery service and is provided free of charge on all orders.
If you require faster delivery, an upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout for an additional fee. This is a 1 to 2 working day delivery service and, in most cases, parcels arrive the next working day once dispatched.

Due to the personalised nature of our gift boxes and the inclusion of food and bath products, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
