Each of our gift boxes is meticulously arranged with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti.

Our gift boxes are securely sealed on the outside with a ribbon, ready to be opened by the recipient, making them a true delight to unwrap. Each box also features a "Just for You" label on the front for a personal touch, along with a "With Love" gift tag added to the outside.

Processing Times

Processing Times: We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Monday to Friday. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels within 1–2 working days, although in most cases they arrive the very next day.

We also offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping on all UK orders over £35.

Returns & Refunds Policy

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the personalised nature of our gift boxes and the inclusion of food and bath products, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
